Melissa Archer, Broker, GRI, CRS

Melissa Archer is the owner and managing broker of The eRealty Shop, Inc., a local independent, full service real estate firm located in Brentwood, Tennessee. Since its inception nearly four years ago, Ms. Archer has assembled a team of over 20 dedicated, full-time agents in the Middle Tennessee area. Each agent is given the autonomy to manage their transactions, and the back-office support to ensure that the dozens of details are handled expeditiously and flawlessly.

Ms. Archer is a nursing graduate of Vanderbilt University and continues to nurse on a part-time basis in the obstetrics department at Baptist Hospital. Having spent over 20 years caring for both pediatric and obstetric patients has given Melissa the opportunity to serve thousand of families in times of happiness and also times of stress. Her patience and commitment to the welfare of families is always uppermost in her life.

Licensed to sell real estate in 1996, Melissa Archer won a number of sales and performance awards for Coldwell Banker, where she discovered her love of real estate and fine homes.

After receiving her Brokers license in 2002, she opened The eRealty Shop and began to build the company and establish the firm embracing the internet in buying and selling homes with the personal service and attention that she was accustomed to providing to both her hospital patients and her real estate clients.

Since that time, she has earned the two highest designations recognized by the National Association of Realtors-- her CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) designation and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.

Melissa shares her life with her husband Nick, two teenage sons Will and Graham, and her beloved dogs Champ and Jazzy. The Archer family has lived in Franklin for many years, and love being a part of such a great community.

Extending her personal philosophy of caring for others into a career in real estate, Melissa's approach to working both with clients and patients involves compassion, caring and professionalism.
